The issue

In addition to the need to manage in a secure and centralized way the digital information of all the electronic entities of our organization (users, groups, machines, devices...) through an active directory (LDAP), in order to VALIDATE these entities in the use of all the computational resources available, we will see that there are other needs to complete the implementation of the INTRANET.

• How do we deal in an orderly and equitable way with the network configuration of all the organization's equipment and devices? That is, how do we ensure that all computing devices in our organization can automatically have network configuration when they start up in order to integrate into the corporate INTRANET?

• How do we manage the local name resolution information for the organization's computers and devices, necessary for users to make easy and user-friendly use of the available services?

• How do we ensure that system time/time-dependent services have reliable, accurate and up-to-date time references?

All these questions must be addressed to ensure the correct implementation and operation of our internal network (INTRANET) in our organization.
